Smarter installs start here! Every Homely now comes with 2 years’ Connect Pro access for installers.
This gives you access to:
- a single dashboard for all your installations
- detailed insights by system
- live and historical data
- remote parameter changes.
How does the upgrade work?
It’s simple. Every Homely installed from 30th June 2025 will have Connect Pro access as standard for 2 years from install date. As a thank you to installers who’ve already subscribed to Connect Pro, we’re adding an extra 2 years’ access to all existing installs.
After the 2 years are up, we’ll get in touch and offer the option to extend access via an annual subscription. As part of making this exciting upgrade to Homely, we’ve also updated our pricing – more details on this are available from your distributor.

Single dashboard

Detailed insights
Review live temperatures, set points, homeowner schedules, and detailed heat pump model data – all in one interface.
Remote adjustments
Make changes to system settings from your desk, not the driveway.
Save time and get rid of unnecessary site visits (supported brands include Midea, Worcester Bosch, Airwell, Clivet, Riello, Ebac and Ideal)
You can change heat pump details including Model number, DHW Tank Size, DHW Tank Booster and you can change Zone details including Zone Name, Heat Emitters and Flow Temperature (Min & Max).

It’s important to note: Connect Pro is only available to registered installers. Customers don’t have access, so installers stay in control of all settings, insights and diagnostics. This helps avoid misconfigurations and ensures a professional, supported experience for the homeowner.
