We’ve just added a little something to Homely Connect that’s going to make life easier for anyone installing Samsung heat pumps.
You can now make Samsung remote parameter changes — straight from Connect Pro.
That means fewer site visits, smoother setup tweaks, and more control long after you’ve left the property.
Because let’s face it — your time’s better spent installing, not revisiting.
Our new feature gives you the reins on your Samsung installs. Here’s what it means in practice:
In a nutshell – more control, less hassle and peace of mind that your setup stays exactly as you intended.
When you first open Samsung parameters in Connect, you’ll see them show as “UNKNOWN”. Don’t worry -that’s expected.
We don’t read the existing values, but what we do is give you the ability to write new ones. Think of it as a one-way message that always gets through.
If settings ever seem to revert, take a quick look in Connect Pro – parameters may be set there, overriding local changes. You can easily disable that if needed.
⚠️ Note: Parameters will appear as “UNKNOWN” by default – but they’ll still save correctly when changed.-
